How long until I receive my order?

UK customers should receive their orders within 12 working days. International customers should receive their orders within 18 working days.
What shirts can I get in your Mystery Boxes?

All of the shirts in our boxes are authentic and sent straight from the clubs direct manufacturer. We love to source shirts from clubs all round the world so we can can guarantee that we will pick a stylish shirt to add to your collection. If you'd like to make a request for teams and leagues to avoid, you can write this in the avoid box at the checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes you can. If there is a problem with your order, complete our contact form and we'll help you out as fast as we can. We can always cancel any order so long as it has not been shipped.
How can I exchange or return my shirt?

Yes, returns are accepted at the buyers expense. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered with tags attached if they arrived with them. If items are not returned in the same condition as previously delivered we hold the right to reject a full refund and may return the item to the buyer. Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do. We send our shirts far and wide to every country or region that orders from us. If you have any concerns whether we can ship to you, use our contact form and we will respond as soon as possible.
